Over the years, I’ve refined and mastered my craft in blonding, color, and extensions—an evolution that naturally led me to my greatest passion: education. For the past 8+ years, I’ve traveled nationwide as an independent educator, teaching stylists how to elevate both their blonding techniques and their business with intention and strategy.

Hey there, I’m Sierra (but you can call me Sisi for short). I’m a 29 year old who was born and raised in California. I have been a hairstylist here for just over 9 years now. I’m a lover of all things beauty; hair, makeup, fashion, you name it! I know how hard it can be getting started in this industry, so I’m determined to make a mark by helping to elevate stylists’ lives and make an impact in the hair world.
I have a strong passion for helping others and boosting their confidence, whether they be a client or fellow stylist, which is why I launch my group classes and 1-on-1 programs! It truly makes me so happy seeing others expand their talent and knowledge and knowing that I got to be a part of their journey.

My journey didn’t start in a perfect environment. My first salon experience was challenging, and I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, unsupported, and questioning your place in this industry. I’ve experienced the frustration of feeling stuck and the weight of showing up every day unsure if you’re truly progressing.
What carried me through was resilience, discipline, and the decision to keep going—especially when it wasn’t easy. I learned that passion alone isn’t enough; success is built from multiple pieces, and most stylists are never taught what those pieces are.
That’s where I come in. I’m committed to helping you find them.
